Attorney Abigail Beebe is principal owner of The Law Office of Abigail Beebe, P.A., a West Palm Beach-based marital and family law firm. Beebe and her staff focus on protecting the client, his or her assets as well as their emotional wellbeing during the trying and often-stressful time associated with divorce. The Law Office of Abigail Beebe always starts with the philosophy that settlement is the preferred resolution; however, the firm is ready, willing and able to capably, vigorously and zealously litigate when settlement is not a feasible option.
Beebe has been practicing law for nearly a decade, starting her career with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, Inc. and later moving to a South Florida-based law firm where she focused on a wide range of complex marital and family law issues. Beebe opened her own practice, The Law Office of Abigail Beebe, P.A., in July 2014. She is well known and respected throughout the South Florida legal community for her thorough and specialized approach, dedication and overall professionalism. Beebe is also an active participant and influencer in the ongoing debate and legal battle over alimony reform, chairing legislation for The Florida Bar Family Law Section, lobbying and assisting in the drafting of documentation on the subject.
Outside of the courtroom, Beebe currently serves on the Executive Council of The Florida Bar Family Law Section and was recently named Secretary for 2015-2016; she is also the immediate past-chair of the Family Law Section Legislation Committee. Beebe is a founding member of The Susan B. Greenberg Family Law American Inn of Court of the Palm Beaches and was invited to join the Executive Committee for 2015-2016. She serves as the Chair of the Family Law CLE Committee and formerly chaired the Unified Family Practice Committee for the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Beebe has chaired the Family Law Section of the Palm Beach County Bench Bar Conference for two years. Beebe is also Chair of the Fourth Annual Princess and Pirate Ball, which benefits the Pat Reeves Village Shelter for The Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County – Kids Helping Kids.
